How do I cook SooFoo? We recommend you cook SooFoo in a rice cooker
. If cooking in a rice cooker, combine ingredients and follow the rice cooker instructions. If cooking on a stove, put ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat to allow SooFoo to simmer and cook for 45-50 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Turn off burner and let stand uncovered for 10 minutes. *Note: results may vary. If too crunchy, add a little more water. If too soft, use a little less water.
